My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Maz (aka "Toasty")

Species: Domestic Shorthair
Age: 2 years
Gender: Female
Likes: Cuddling, rolling at your feet, tinsel ball toys, and being the center of attention
Dislikes: Other cats, being ignored, and missing out on affection

About Maz (aka "Toasty"):
Maz, affectionately nicknamed Toasty by her foster family because of her stunning, warm-colored fur, is a playful and loving cat who is eager to become the center of your world. With her vibrant personality and adorable antics, she will melt your heart in no time . Maz loves to roll around at your feet, always ready for a game or a cuddle session.

She's great with kids and dogs , but when it comes to other cats, Maz prefers to be the queen of her space. She wants all the attention and love and will happily soak up every bit you can give her! Whether she's chasing tinsel balls or pouncing on her favorite thumping toys, Maz is always up for some interactive play .

Maz is also an expert cuddle buddy . She loves nothing more than curling up on your lap or chest and will come running when you call her . If you're looking for a cat who wants to be close to you at all times, Maz is the one for you. Her favorite places to sleep include cozy spots like beds or cat trees where she can feel safe and comfortable while getting some quality rest.

Maz is ready to settle into her new home! .

Can Maz Be Your New Best Friend?
Maz is looking for a loving home where she can be the center of attention, with plenty of playtime and cuddle sessions. She's sweet, playful, and affectionate-everything you could want in a furry companion! If you're ready for a loyal, loving cat who will bring joy and warmth to your home, Maz would love to meet you.

Additional adoption info

Adoption fees

Puppies: $350 (includes spay/neuter, fecal/deworming, microchip, Rabies, Bordetella and Distemper vaccines including boosters, up to date on Heartworm/flea/tick prevention)
Adult dogs: $275 (includes same as above plus heartworm test if 8 mo or older)

The adoption fee for kittens (under 1 year) is $175 and covers virtually everything they will need preventively for the first year+ including 2-4 FVRCPs depending on age & situation, rabies vaccine, FIV/FeLV test, microchip with lifetime registration, and spay or neuter. The first thing you'll need to do is at about a year and 4 months, update vaccines. Adult cats get the same thing except 1-2 FVRCPs depending on the situation and are $100 - unless they are seniors (over 10 years old) in which case we also do a senior blood panel and the fee is $75. We discount a second adoption fee by 50% regardless of age. It can also be used for mom and baby (mom is half off) or dog and cat (cat is half off), etc.
