My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

RILEY
Hi there, I'm Riley!
I've had quite the journey since I was adopted as a puppy back in 2018, and now I'm looking for a new cozy spot to call home. Both of my beloved owners have passed away, and sadly, I found myself back in the care of a pet adoption center. But don't worry, I'm ready to give lots of love and make new happy memories with a family that can take me in, either as a foster or even better, forever! Here's a little about me:
Age: 7 years young
Weight: I'm a petite 32 pounds, but I'm on a diet to get to a healthier 25 pounds.
Breed: Heeler mix, with lots of love to give!
Walking Skills: I walk pretty good on a leash, ready for adventures or just a stroll in the park.
Potty Trained: No accidents here!
Loves People: I adore humans of all shapes and sizes.
Dog-Friendly: I'm chill around other dogs and not one to start trouble.
Playfulness: I've been a bit quiet around other dogs here; maybe I'm just a little nervous or perhaps I'm more about that laid-back life.
I'm super sweet but the hustle and bustle of shelter life has me a bit stressed-I miss the comfort of a home. If you have a soft spot for a small, sweet boy who's just looking to settle down, I could be the one for you!
