Hello,
I recently got a beautiful puppy to support me during a depression. Unfortunately I was then diagnosed with Early Onset Dementia. Given the circumstances and the rate of my decline, I am unable to continue to be a good puppy owner. Eddie had experienced trauma prior to us which was associated with a burn or some type of injury. He is fearful but will bond. He reacts to noises, sudden movements and unknown objects. UPDATE. Eddie is showing great improvement. He is calmer and less reactive. He sees the vet today for shots. I strongly believe that with a quiet home and a companionate owner, he will do well.
Eddie is 10 pounds. Eddie is on a timed toileting schedule and has not had many accidents. He is crate trained at night and when we are out (the crate can go with him). He is playful and likes to play with toys our other dogs and cat. He has shown no aggression, food or toy.
