My name is Huntress!

We got Huntress 10 yrs ago from a family that did not want her around the new baby due Huntress loves to lick/kiss.
She does good with large dogs but not with small dogs. Huntress is 12yrs Born 6/20/2013 She is a Dachshund/mix and is tan. She loves to play ball with anyone who is willing to toss her the ball till she quits. She loves to go for rides in the car.
She loves to cuddle up in blankets with whomever and she does hog the bed when she wants to sleep with you. She does have her own 2 beds. She is crate trained, she does use her dog door to go in and out of the house. What I am looking for a home for her: She does good with a person who will be home all day, and she is very protected of her home, so she does not get along with anyone walking in if she does not know them. She does love to lick/kiss, so the person has to be able to let her give you love, and you give it back. She has updated shots/vaccination back in September 2024. She will come with her create, toys, beds.
