This pet was brought in by a community member on 11/6/24.

Why this pet is the one for you:
Alaska is a medium to large-sized male dog who came to us as a stray, so we're still getting to know him. He's a bit shy and skittish, likely due to his past experiences, and would thrive in a calm, low-traffic home where he can feel safe and secure. While he may need some time to adjust, Alaska has the potential to be a loyal companion with patience and understanding. He's looking for a loving family who can give him the space and support he needs to blossom.

Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized.
