My name is Homegirl (Homie)!

Homie is a highly intelligent cat and highly food motivated. She is vocal and active--loves to chirp and speak, and play with / stalk toy mice and balls.

When I first adopted her, I rehomed her from a family with several large dogs and little experience with cats. This family housed her from a litter found in their neighborhood.

She does not do well with dogs in a household and has not been in a household with other cats since separating from her litter at Age 1. If her response to seeing neighborhood cats outsde the windows and near the porch is any indication, she should go to home with no other pets in the household.

She eats majority wet canned food, but is not picky about brands or switching between dry and wet.

I am experiencing personal life changes that make it difficult to maintain her care and would love for her to find a new nurturing home that understands her need for space and with special, caring humans with time and capacity for her needs.
