My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My foster writes:
Luna is a sweet, soft mysterious lady of many talents. From chasing strings to solving food puzzles, Luna like her namesake is a shining beacon. Her dark back and her light face gives the impression of being lit by a spotlight. Quite the beauty, black back, tiger striped sides and orange belly, Luna gets sweeter by the day. Quiet, small, independent, she loves high perches and dark corners alike. She's treat motivated- a true Greenie aficionado.

I'm an independent kitty who likes to do my own thing.

I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.

I'm sensitive and shy. I'll need extra help from you.

I am looking for a home with a patient person.

I love to be loved, but on my own terms! Let's brush up on some feline body language together!

I prefer to call the shots and enjoy coming to you when I'm ready for pets.

Luna interacts with the observer, appreciates attention and treats, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. Due to prior owner history, a bite/scratch history and overstimulation issues, we feel that this cat will do best in an experienced cat parent home.
