Tally is in excellent health. He has taken the beginner, intermediate, advanced, and therapy dog training courses at PetSmart. He knows 28 commands and will obey them in most environments. He is potty trained and will hold it for up to 14 hours. He walks well on and off leash. Medium to high energy. Very high intelligence. Play style is rough and rowdy.
