Moose is generally quiet, he loves people and is happy to hangout by your side with a chew toy. He willingly sleeps in his crate at night. He'll sit, lay down and shake both paws in trade for a few treats. Moose is highly trainable and food motivated. I believe additional obedience, trick and task training would be a great way to keep him active and entertained. He does have some separation anxiety but not generally destructive. He has had limited exposure to other dogs, but recently met a couple dogs with promising results; slow introductions would be very beneficial. He currently lives with 2 household cats but does chase them sometimes. Moose would be a great fit for a home with a large yard where he has room to roam. He would do best with a family who has time to dedicate to keeping him active and continuing training. Due to a previous bite history (food resource guarding), Moose must go to a home with no children. He may do well with older, dog savvy teenagers.
