My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello there, I'm Morris. I may be a little shy at first, but give me a moment and I'll warm up to you. My world revolves around soft whispers, gentle strokes, and quiet moments. I'm young and full of potential. I'm learning every day and I'm eager to explore. I'm sweet, really sweet. I'm the type of cat who would enjoy a peaceful home, where I can take my time to blossom. I'm gentle, not the type to scratch or bite. I'd rather spend my time purring by your side. I'm not just looking for a home, I'm looking for a friend, a companion, someone who understands that love takes time. And trust me, I have a lot of love to give. If you're looking for a loyal friend, someone to share quiet moments with, someone to love, I could be the one for you. Adopt me, and let's discover life's simple joys together.

More about this rescue

Established in 1982, We Care Animal Rescue is a no-kill sanctuary and shelter for homeless animals in the heart of Napa Valley. Our residents live and roam freely in communal spaces with safe access to the outdoors.

Our staff ensures animals receive daily socialization, enrichment activities, and veterinary care — particularly the elderly and those with special needs. We provide a forever home for all our animals, either through adoption to the public or with us in our sanctuary.
