Comfy is a 10 month old Maltese x Miniture Poodle (Maltipoo) mix who is ready to get her snuggle on with her forever home! Comfy was rescued from the shelter with her brother, Cozy. We promised to find these two pups amazing forever homes and away we went. We may not know her story before we rescued her, but we know she’s grabbed her second chance and isn’t planning on letting go! After a bath and a trip to the groomer, Cozy was looking like a million bucks and we knew she was ready to find a forever home of her own! Comfy weighs 15 pounds and has a fabulously fluffy coat that is as soft as cashmere. She has a non-shedding coat that will require regular grooming. She is an option for homes with allergies, or who just want less hair around the house. Are you ready to snuggle into the couch this winter with your new best friend? Bring Comfy home and start your cuddle adventures together!

Comfy is a silly and happy girl who loves bringing laughter to every room she enters. From the second we met her, we knew she’d be the apple of her forever home’s eye. She loves her toys and piles them on her bed so she can launch herself into them, almost like an indoor leaf pile! She’s super sweet and a total puppy, so she has tons of mischievous energy that keeps her foster family on their toes. Comfy is the kind of dog who lounges around for a lot of the day until she’s ready to get her zoomies out in the yard. It’s hard work being an adorable little puppy and she flops down once she’s finished showing off her amazing skills. She is such a loving little gal who has so much to share with the world. She’s ready to take on adventures and will trot after you as fast as her little legs will carry her. We suspect there may be some Dachshund in her ancestry, as she’s got those adorable stubby little legs that the hot dog breed has made famous! She’s also happy to sit as you fawn over her and pet her cashmere-soft coat. Seriously folks, she’s like the fluffiest little puppy ever! We know that whoever is lucky enough to adopt Comfy will be in for the adventure of a lifetime, and we can’t wait to see the scrapbooks full of memories she makes with her forever people.

Comfy starts her morning around 7 AM with a quick zoom around the kitchen before she heads outside for potty and playtime. She gets some cuddles on the couch once she comes back inside before trotting into the kitchen for breakfast and snacks. She’s always ready for someone to drop a tasty treat on the floor so she can hoover it up like a vacuum. She heads back out for some playtime or a short morning walk before she settles in for a day of WFH monitoring her foster people. She loves getting sneaky belly rubs and cuddles in between her squeaky toy sessions. She takes herself outside as needed for potty until the workday is over and she goes out on another walk. In the evening, Comfy gets her dinner followed by another treat. She soaks up snuggles on the couch until she’s ready to head to bed for the night at around 11 PM.

Comfy currently lives with a senior dog who she is very gentle and sweet with. She would love a playful companion in her forever home but could also fly solo! Comfy has been getting used to the leash and will require a forever home prepared to continue her training and confidence building. Comfy sleeps in a crate and settles in quickly at the end of the day. If you’re ready for love and laughter, come and meet our Comfy gal!

Comfy is only an option for homes who have previous dog experience. Kids in the home should be over the age of 8.
