This sweet and sassy cat has been around older kids and gets along great with both friendly felines and small dogs-she even had a Maltese buddy in her previous home. Ginger is no couch potato; she loves to chase balls, pounce on fake mice, and play with wand toys, but she's also content to curl up and get some love. She's good with handling and enjoys being pet and held, so if you're looking for a cat who's both fun and cuddly, Ginger might just be the cat you're looking for!

Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.
