Cesar was given to my husband as a puppy (husband just had a heart attack) and is not able to spend the quality time that Cesar requires. Cesar has always been very aggressive, loves people, requires a lot of attention, loves to play and go for walks. Cesar pulls us, has accidentally knocked us down, is very strong and jumps on us when we are trying to clean up after him and feed him. Cesar loves to play with toys and might see small animals as toys. Has never growled at us, small animals or anybody. Cesar might want to play with small animals but they are afraid of him because he is very aggressive. Is very friendly to our neighbors. Sometimes barks for a while, could be because he wants to run and play. Cesar is in need of a good home, we are elderly and not physically able to provide Cesar the care that he needs.
