Hi! I’m Buttercup. I found a wonderful foster mom for my 8 kittens and me who reached out to Feral Fixers to help and support us. Now after making sure my babies are all well nourished, it’s time for me to find my forever home.
I had a family before but for some reason they put me out on the street and left me. On the streets there’s loud noises, scary animals and not always the nicest people. Not to mention the cold and hot weather. I’m a little shy at first so please forgive me. It has nothing to do with you.
I’m a talker once I get to know you. I will also like to rub up against your legs. I love head, back and tummy scratches. Oh and don’t forget face rubs. My favorite things to do are lay on my scratching pad and bask in the sun shining through the window.
I am getting used to being held. I'm also learning that sitting on laps for pets is very nice. I may only stay for a few minutes, but remember I’m a cat, so I don’t want you to know how much I enjoy it! My foster mom has a big dog. I’m not afraid of it, but I will take time getting used to a new dog.
Adoption fee is a minimum $85 per cat donation to Feral Fixers. All cats are up to date on shots, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and FeLV/FIV negative. Discounted adoption fee if two cats are adopted together, $150 for a pair. Brief screening questionnaire and contract apply! Please email gotfriendlies@feralfixers.org or call (630) 881-7459 for more information
