My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

With slightly fluffier gray fur and subtle stripes on his tail, Peter or as we’re referring to him “Peter the Great” has an outsized personality! He’s fearless and the first to investigate anything new or of interest. He’s a high energy alpha that doesn’t mind making demands on the humans or other kittens around … For instance, food/play/petting/running around are all high on his list of demands! However, he’s also a gentleman and a lover. Nothing better than laying on a couch next to you on his back to let you give him a full belly rub. He is a true cuddler.

Peter was born in late August 2024. He would like a playmate to help keep him entertained. Could be another kitten or younger feline with higher energy, but perhaps not a competing alpha. Peter would welcome an environment with children and lots of interesting visitors! We think he might also do just fine with a friendly pup. We could see him making friends with a dog. He’s been great with the other kittens in his foster home (Penelope and Petunia) and encourages them to explore along his side.

His favorite toys include wands, tunnels, motion oriented toys and a good round of “toss the mouse” as he’ll go straight for anything that you toss across the room. Hasn’t yet learned to bring it back to you but once he’s caught it… he’ll turn to look at you to wait for the next to be tossed. Peter is proud to report that he has claimed the highest spot in a 7ft. tall cat tree!
Peter actively seeks attention. He was the first among his siblings to come to us seeking attention, which he really appreciates! Purrs like crazy and wants to be by your side. He’s fun to be around and makes us laugh 😁.

No troubles at all with feeding and use of the litter box. Unfazed by loud noises and general household commotion and folks around.
