This is the absolute sweetest singleton Tuxedo kitten. We call him Theo. He is a very quiet meower, like a whisper. He will play toys with you and by himself. He wants to be with you and near you where he can see you. He likes to be held and carried and lap sit. He'll follow you every you go. Especially, for eating time where he loves to eat fishy wet food and some dry. He's a pro-biscuit maker, purer and meditator. He'll be super easy to care for. He’s litter trained and loves to groom. If you'd love to nurture this sweetest boy and have the time to spend with him daily, please adopt him to show him all the love and that he'll need to have his best forever life.

All of our adoptable dogs and cats will be be spayed or neutered before they can be adopted out.
Dogs: adoption fee includes spay/neuter, first set of shots, microchip and county license (for davis county residents). Cats: adoption fee includes spay/neuter, first set of shots, microchip and county license (for davis county residents if applicable within your city).

Go meet their pets

We are open M-F 10AM-6PM and are located at 1422 E 600 N in Fruit Heights, UT. Please call for directions (801)-444-2200.
We encourage the whole family including any furry ones to come along when looking at one of our adoptable animals. Often on Saturdays we hold an adoption event at a local Petsmart or Petco. Please call on Friday to get the location and/or time for the weekend adoption event.

Our Goal
"To provide service to the people and the animals of Davis County, through the professional operation of the Davis County Animal Shelter and animal care and control programs. Services shall be rendered in an efficient, effective, and conscientious manner. These services shall include, but are not limited to; sheltering of unwanted, stray and abandoned pets, euthanasia of animals, adoption, redemption, lost and found services, providing of resource information, and public education as well as the taking and processing of all requests for service. These and other similar services shall be provided in a friendly, compassionate, and pro-active manner at all times."
