My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Brutus! I'm quite the character. I'm friendly, always ready to greet you with a wagging tail. I'm also independent, which means I don't mind some alone time. I've got a sweet side, too, that will melt your heart. Loyalty? That's my middle name! I'll be your most devoted friend. Oh, and did I mention I'm a bit of an escape artist? I can turn any boring day into an adventure. Adopting me means endless love and fun-filled escapades. With me, every day is a new journey!

Unfortunately Brutus has been added to the urgent list due to his high fear/anxiety levels and due to his escape artist abilities. He will need to be adopted out into a family that has a nice and secure yard. He is also not good around cats so it is highly recommended he does not go to a home with cats in the house. This guy is very sweet, but is more tolerant around other dogs than social. This could be due to his stress levels in the shelter environment as well. We are hoping that the right family will come forward and that sweet Brutus will find a nice loving home very soon!
