My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! My name is Morticia, like the lady from The Addams Family. But instead of being cool and reserved, I'm as sweet and friendly as can be. I'm still a young gal, but I only jump up for affection and to give kisses. That's something I'm really big on - I love to give kisses! I have a very curious nature, but I also love to be in your presence and follow you around. I know how to sit, with and without treats. Speaking of treats, I'm very gentle when taking them from your hand. That's just a part of my personality, I'm one very sweet and gentle girl. I'm great with kids, and I can be friendly with other dogs once I get to know them. If you have pets at home, please bring them to meet me. I think I would thrive in a family setting - could that be yours?

A team member says, "Morticia is super-sweet. She's always giving kisses. She still has some puppy energy and likes running around in the park, but she always makes sure to check in with you frequently, coming up to you for affection. She has the cutest combo of a shepherd body and cattle dog "socks." She would be a great pet for a family who can let her get her energy out and also show her the same love she gives everyone."
