Meet Rico! Don`t judge a book by its cover, this pup is affectionate and playful! Rico initially hesitates when being leashed up but gets into the groove quickly and walks great. He will give an occasional tug but mostly stays in step, right by your side. Rico loves treats and is gentle when taking them. He is also gentle when taking toys. Rico enjoys a good game of fetch and likes to run around the play yard with toys. Once he`s done playing, Rico likes to settle in for kisses and snuggles. Don`t be surprised if the first thing this pup does is smother you in smooches! Rico is a wonderful dog and would be a great addition to any home. Come in and meet him today!

Their adoption process

1.

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Come on in and find your new best friend! Walk through our kennels and find a pet that you're interested in.

2.

Submit Application

Proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination for any other dogs/cats in your home is required prior to meeting with any of our adoptable animals

3.

Meet the Pet

You will get the chance to meet in a private visitation room. Meet & greets are required for dogs

4.

Pay Fee

$110 for dogs. $75 for cats. The second fee is waived if two cats are adopted together. Includes spay/neuter, chip, and vaccines

5.

Take the Pet Home

Your new pet can go home once they are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and have received their rabies vaccination.
