My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Moo Deng – Your New Best Friend!

Moo Deng is a three-year-old Pit Bull with a heart of gold! Despite a rough start in life—possibly as a bait dog—she has nothing but love for people and greets everyone like a long-lost friend. She’s sweet, affectionate, and eager to please, making her the perfect companion for someone looking for a loyal and loving pup.

She is still learning that the world is a safe and wonderful place, so she can be a little nervous with new experiences, but she’s incredibly resilient and getting braver every day. She’s fantastic in the car, a dream at the vet, and is regaining her energy after completing heartworm treatments.

She LOVES to play—her ball and Kong are her absolute favorites—and she enjoys nothing more than taking walks with her people. She gets excited when she sees other dogs, though we’re still figuring out if she’d like to live with one. Moo Deng is wonderfully well-mannered; she rarely barks, makes the sweetest little noises, and will even put herself in her crate while you eat dinner.

And did we mention she’s food motivated? This girl is ready to learn and would thrive with someone who wants to teach her new things (especially if treats are involved!).

This sweet girl is looking for a home where she’ll be loved and cherished—because she has SO much love to give in return. Could she be the missing piece in your life? ❤️

All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home.

We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application.

We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information.

We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
