This helps Circle 2 Rescue - Colorado Chapter with pet care costs.
This is Cali, a 4 month Navajo girl who was the runt in a litter of 7 puppies. She's reticent and cautious but without a doubt, the sweetest soul. Some shy dogs run, some react, some freeze. Cali freezes and tries to make herself as small as she can. It took about 3 days for that to subside. One thing that has always brought out joy in her is other dogs and she absolutely loves every dog she meets! So we definitely want another well established dog in her home. She's calm and quiet in the house and naps without a peep when her foster mom is working. She taught herself the dog door in a matter of days and enjoys the autonomy of going in and out as she pleases. Cali does great in the car and often accompanies her foster dad on errands. She's reminds us a little of a golden retriever because of her coat and gentle nature but being a rez girl, Cali is most certainly a certified mutt. Maybe shepherd / retriever mix. If shy girls are your jam, Cali is accepting applications. She is on the smaller side weighing 20 lbs currently.
If you would like to adopt please apply at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/ The adoption fee of $300 includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.
Please note, Circle 2 Rescue cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have limited history prior to them entering the rescue.
