Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Where are our kitten whisperers? Chevy and her brother, Bronco, are gorgeous tabbies who aren't yet totally sure about people. They scurry into their cubby but are curious and definitely interested in lickable treats. They can be petted while snacking on Churu and seem to forget they aren't supposed to like pets for a minute. Chevy allows a few pets while snacking but is still less sure than Bronco and depends on him to be brave. She likes to play with small toys when things are calm. Chevy has great potential to be a lovable but maybe a little reserved girl with the right patient person who will give her a smaller space at first and give her time to see that life with humans is great. This beautiful girl would be best with a brave kitten like her brother to show her the way.

Adopters are required to sign an adoption contract. Adult dogs are $50 which includes heartworm testing, worming, rabies vaccination, and parvo vaccination.It also includes a spay/neuter. Puppies under 1 year are $85.

Adult cats and kittens are $50 which includes spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, upper respiratory vaccination, feline leukemia testing, and worming. Specials may apply, please visit www.adoptwcac.org for a complete listing of animals available to adopt.

Williamson County Animal Center is open during regular business hours. Before visiting, please complete an application online at www.adoptwcac.org. Applications are good for 90 days. Applications must be completed either online or at the shelter before visitors may visit with an animal.

We are the Williamson County Animal Center! We are an open admission government facility serving the people of Williamson County, TN. Our adoption program primarily deals with dogs and cats, but on occasion we do have other furry friends. Our organization consists of animal control officers, employees, and many volunteers working together for the welfare of the animals. We are proud to have maintained a live save rate of over 96% for 5 years.
