Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Hi, my name is Priscilla and I am a pretty little white Chihuahua mix about 2 years old, weigh 13.6 lbs and I’m a sweetheart. My friend Cookie and I were backyard dogs continuously having litters of puppies in a burrow underneath our house. Apparently, our owner didn't care, but thankfully someone cared because out of the blue, both of us were taken to a foster home and spayed before it could happen again. What a relief! I mean, I was an excellent mama but I’m only 2 years old and was hoping to be a loved forever dog!
I’m a sweet little girl, overall shy/submissive initially, but friendly and loving with everyone, humans, dogs, and maybe a kitty cat if I ever meet one. I am just learning about doggy toys and how to have fun, so I’m not very playful, at least not yet. I have a medium energy level and an easygoing attitude, and I am soaking up every bit of love and kindness, snuggles, and kisses I can get. My foster mom wraps me in a pretty blanket when I sit beside her and I gently give her a little kiss to show my gratitude. I’ve got these beautiful big brown eyes that will gaze at you lovingly, and although I’m not a velcro dog, I would make a wonderful lap dog. I love being with my people and I’m well-behaved, rarely bark, already housebroken, and when I go outside I will come right back in when called. I don't jump fences or dig or chew inappropriately. I don't mind a crate or a ride in the car and I’ll walk on a leash with a bit of encouragement. My foster mom says I am so sweet and gentle, blossoming before her eyes like a little flower who just found the sun. My future looks bright and I hear the Eastern Seaboard is the place to be. Inquire about me today and bring me home!

Please DO NOT apply unless the entire family / household is on board with adopting one of our dogs. We must receive an application for you to move forward in the process. Thoughtful direct emails are welcome and will be answered. However, an application is still a necessary step. We want to make sure we find our dogs a perfect fit with a family so both the dog and the family are happy. We keep our dogs with fosters once we get them out of shelters for a little bit to learn and understand their personalities. Our relationship with families doesn't stop at adoption! We are always available for any follow up questions and are happy to be a resource as you and your new pet settle into a routine.
