Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Domina has a lot of energy when meeting new people, but calms down quickly.
She loves cuddling with us and knows how to sit, lay, go to crate, and some other basic commands. She can be a bit stubborn sometimes unless she is getting something like a treat out of it.
She gets along with our cat well (mostly just ignoring him), and has gotten along with some dogs but not all. She has been great with adult humans (aside from resource guarding and getting way too excited when someone new is around, leading her to jumping up a bit). Unfortunately, she is not great with kids and can be rather reactive if startled, especially around items she deems as resources worth guarding.
She has some allergy issues, including chicken, but apoquel has helped tremendously.
With our first child on the way, we are unfortunately needing to rehome her and would like to find an environment she can thrive in away from children.
