Brooklyn is a shy but very sweet and loving girl who just turned a year old. She is a petite kitty at just 6 1/2 pounds. Brooklyn was rescued as a stray cat along with her three young kittens a few months ago in southern Connecticut. The kittens are old enough now to be fixed and adopted, so Brooklyn is also ready to find her forever home.
Isn't she beautiful? She is a quiet girl who enjoys looking out the window from her perch in the safety of the bathroom sink. She loves to have her head, ears and cheeks scratched and petted.
She and her kittens are all on the more timid side and would benefit from placement in a quieter home. Though she would not be aggressive with young children, we feel that she would be nervous and withdrawn if there were too much movement, noise and activity in the home. Older children who are quieter would be fine. We hope you'll consider adding her to your family.
