My name is Rou-Bear!

Meet Rou-Bear, a sweet 10-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix in search of a new family. Rou is tenderhearted, great with kids and other dogs, and has a special fondness for small dogs and other small animals. While she can be a bit timid at first, her loving nature shines through with time.

Rou-bear enjoys playtime with toys, going for walks and hikes, and snuggling up for cozy moments. She’s well-mannered, crate trained, and potty trained, making her a wonderful companion.

Rou-bear has been a part of our family for almost a decade. We got her when she was four months old to give our dachshund a sibling.

We’ve made the difficult decision to rehome both of them because we no longer have the space, time, or bandwidth to give them the love and attention they deserve. If you can offer her a warm and caring home, please reach out.
