My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Are you searching for an independent kitty who enjoys back scratches and rubbies?

Are you searching for a quiet, mildly playful kitty that prefers to be a bit independent as most tortoiseshell kitties are.

Adopt Me. My name is Snowball, most people call me Snow.

I am a dilute, Siamese tortie, mixed breed gal with beautiful blue eyes. I am shy at first until we bond which is common with most cats.

I do get along with other cats but don't particular care to interact with them, same with dogs. I would prefer to be a single kitty, please.

I love rubbies, they are my favorite. Oh, and food.

I will sit next to you and rub up against your legs and feet.

At bedtime, I will want to sleep next to you, and enjoy the opportunity for rubbies so we can end our day with purrs together.

I came to the rescue because my Mom was very ill for a while and passed away. During this time, I was with other kitties but we didn't have much people time. This is why it takes me a bit to warm up to people.

I am approximately 4 to 5 years old, spayed, vaccines are current, no bad habits and micro-chipped, which is an added perk adopting from Snow Camp!

More about this rescue

We rescue kitties from high kill animal shelters and community kitties, take in strays and owner surrendered kitties as we have space available. We provide them love and compassion with private foster homes. All of our beautiful kitties are fully vetted, vaccinated, de-wormed, ears checked for ear mites and cleaned, provided flea medication, as well as microchipped.

We also take in feral kitties, fully vet them and they live their life at our fenced sanctuary with the rescue owner. The kitties are cared for by Karin, a lady with a passion for helping kitties to live their life to the fullest. The sanctuary also takes kitties no one wants like black cats, and the ones no one wants.
