My name is Norah!

Meet Norah she was rescued from a high intake Texas shelter. She was scheduled to be euthanized. She is 5-6 years of age, vet checked and in good health, spayed,  heartworm negative and microchipped. She needs a foster home or an adopter. 

Norah loves all people, she is well behaved, can be energetic at times but mostly calm when other dogs are not around. She loves to play fetch outside, however in the house she is a couch potato. She is housetrained.  

She can be reactive to some dogs especially when she plays , as she plays with other dogs and the excitement escalates  She would do best in a home without other dogs, or a home that has one very submissive low key dog. She loves one dog here, and tolerates the others. The dog she loves is our paralysed dog in diapers. She plays very gently with her. So she can read dogs really well. She is not aggressive with dogs, but if she feels threatened through barking or growling she will react.

She must have a fenced in yard, and would do best in a home where someone is home more. Although she is good with children, she must go to a home with older children.No other dogs in the home is preferred. Adoption fee is $100.
