My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Marvin is very sweet. He is docile, laid back, and loves to lay by your side. He is unaggressive and gets along with other dogs well, able to handle himself with composure during more rough play. Shelter rated him very high in this regard.

Marvin was abandoned or lost when he followed my wife home on a run. He was not fixed (he is now) or microchipped, but is obviously very comfortable with people and home life. Jumped in the car like it was nothing when we took him to the shelter at first. He is well behaved and housebroken. Good on a leash.

He is a near perfect animal - we would keep him except for one thing. He really cannot handle himself around cats. He wants to play, but he just comes on too strong. We just are not able to handle that at this time.

Marvin really deserves a good home.
