My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jack is a bundle of play with a spirited personality! He is up for any climbing challenge, loves to play, and he enjoys scratching boards. When Jack is not playing, he loves to cuddle and stretch out around his humans. Jack is also heartwarming to be around and seems to easily adapt to new situations. Jack takes good care of his brother Creature, and we would love to keep them together as a bonded pair. Both kittens always use the litter box, they are good eaters, and they are generally quiet and playful with each other.

Watch a short video of Jack and Creature playing: https://youtu.be/QByp3N1ehVM

Requires another cat in the home: Yes, kittens always do better with a friend! A bored kitten is naughty kitten.
Good with other cats: Yes
Would be fine with young kids (under 10): Yes
Good with dogs: Uknown, but should adjust given proper introductions
Home activity level: Average
Health concerns or special needs: No

We believe this kitten/cat was born around 8-26-2024. It is fostered in a private home in Lincoln. The adoption fee is $150 (or $250 for two) which covers age appropriate vaccines and dewormings, a microchip, FIV/FeLV testing, and a spay/neuter. The adoption fee helps cover the cost of these vetting procedures. If you’re interested in adopting this kitten/cat, please submit an inquiry or email BraveAnimalRescue@gmail.com to ask about our adoption process (please check your spam or junk email if you do not hear back from us within a few business days). We are 100% volunteer staffed and will respond to your email as soon as possible. After you have submitted an application and been approved, we will set up a meet and greet between you and the kitten/cat. Meet and greets are held virtually via Zoom and we offer a trial period to ensure your cat/kitten is a match. Please be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram to learn more about Brave Animal Rescue and our mission.

More about this rescue

We are an entirely foster-based rescue in Lincoln, Nebraska. Because we do not have a physical shelter location, our animals are placed directly into foster homes where they immediately begin learning how to be outstanding companion animals.
