Otis is the friendliest guy who loves to cuddle and make biscuits on you! While he isn't the biggest fan of being picked up, but still loves ALL the pets! He's very energetic and gets along great with other cats - we aren't sure about dogs though. He needs a household with another cat friend or a family who is around a lot to keep him entertained.
