Hi, I'm Ziba. Please find info about me below.
Breed: labrador/Golden Retriever mix
Age: 3 years
Gender: female, spayed
Height: tbd
Weight: 26 kg
Hi guys! My name is Ziba, and it means pretty in my native language. And let me tell you, boy am I pretty! I definitely do my name justice! Here are some things that you should know about me:
You could say I’ve had a really rough life. I became blind due to a blow on the head. One of my eyes had to be removed because of it. My owner was not a good person. Let’s just leave it at that!
I absolutely love people and love receiving attention. I love my fellow, doggy friends and love to play with them. I in general get along very well with humans and dogs, but I am definitely not a fan of cats. It would be best to be adopted in a home with no cats. I love playing with other dogs and going on long walks. Despite my very bad experience with humans, I still love to be around people, and I’m hoping that you can help erase my traumatic experience from my mind. I really look forward to meeting you!
Energy level: moderate
Prey Drive: non-observed, however, my adopter needs to be willing to train me should these behaviors arise
Gets along with:
Other dogs: yes
Kids: yes
Cats: No
Here are some videos of her with kids and human.

Fears: I have experienced a major lack of love and attention, so I am mostly afraid of being abandoned.
Training:
Leash training: yes
House trained:
Health notes:
I am blind and have had one eye completely removed. I am spayed vaccinated and microchipped
My adoption fee is 850.00 CAD plus applicable taxes. This includes my transportation to Canada, if I am able to be accompanied by a fight volunteer directly to Vancouver.
Disclaimer: It is important for all applicants to visit our website, http://www.lovedatlastdogrescue.ca/adopting/ and read about Loved at Last Dog Rescue.
Information included in the profile is provided to us from the international rescuer or local fosters. LALDR does not have access to overseas dogs and cannot always verify the accuracy of their descriptions. Every dog is an individual and can act differently in different situations based on the person adopting them and the environment in which they live.
The age and breed of a dog is usually an educated guess, so we are not able to guarantee the accuracy of age or breed of our dogs.
Normally, we will not approve adoptions to homes with children under 12 years of age. More information can be found on our website.
[MID EAST DOGS] *Vaccinations: Dogs from the Middle East are vaccinated for rabies, parvo, distemper, leptospirosis, adenovirus type 1 and para-influenza. Bordetella is not given, as that has not been a problem in the Middle East.

As adopters of overseas dogs will be taking their dog home from the airport, they have a couple of weeks to decide if the dog is a fit.
