My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Affectionately known as "Saucy" for her lively and playful personality, Blossom has an incredible story. She was unexpectedly found while attempting to TNR a local Tom cat. Abandoned outside by her previous owners, Blossom was in a rough spot—postpartum and in need of care. Despite a rocky start, she surprised us all with her sweet nature and love for pets.

Blossom adores being around people—she'll roll at your feet, follow you from room to room, and settle beside you after a fun play session. She loves other cats, although it takes her some time to understand how they best like to play. Some of her favorite hobbies include gazing out the window, playing with all her toys at once, and, of course, keeping you company.

Though sometimes she can get overstimulated during play, causing her to gently mouth hands (never breaking skin), Blossom is improving every day. Because of this, she would thrive in a home without small children.

Blossom is a fantastic, affectionate cat brimming with personality and ready for her forever home.

More about this rescue

Mission Statement: The Cat Network is an all-volunteer, not-for-profit, 501(c) (3), no-kill and life-enhancing cat rescue group. Since 1991, we have rescued and placed thousands of abandoned, abused, stray and shelter cats and kittens in St. Louis, Missouri and surrounding areas. After their rescue, the cats and kittens are provided medical care, tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, micro-chipped and spayed or neutered. Cats and kittens are kept in foster care and then placed in loving permanent homes whenever possible.
