My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Brady – Your New Playful, Loving Companion!♥️

Brady is a 3 year-old, 47 lb bundle of joy who thinks he's a lap dog! Playful and young, he’s ready to run, play, and make you laugh. Brady was rescued from an overcrowded shelter in Kentucky, where outdoor time was a rare treat, but he's been thriving in foster care with his foster in Kentucky.

Brady is dog and kid-friendly, but due to his playful nature, he'd do best in a home with older children. He knows basic commands like "Sit" and is working on mastering "off" and "down" since he loves to jump up for attention. Since he is loves his treats he should be very trainable. With a bit of guidance, he’ll be the perfect cuddle buddy who’s always ready for fun.  Brady thinks a fenced yard to run would be the coolest. His foster in Kentucky tells us he is such a good boy!

Brady is now in New Jersey and would love nothing more than a foster or adopter to welcome him home. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful pup to add joy to your family, Brady is the one for you!

More about this rescue

Peace4paws is a 501 (c) 3 non profit public charity centered in Northern New Jersey. Through our foster home system, we are able to support the rehoming and adoption of dogs from kill shelters as well as facilities of research and related fields. Founded in 2007, our initial mission focused on supporting sanctuary and forever homes for animals retired from use in research and related fields. In the past few years we have broadened our scope of rescue. We continue to help our own retired research animals and independent sanctuaries but also save shelter dogs. We are able to do this work through the efforts of our volunteer network and generous donors. Please see our website or facebook page "Peace4Paws" to meet our adoptable dogs, success stories or volunteer opportunities. We organize fundraising events centered around yoga, music, health, or animal friendly activities. We are also involved with student outreach and education. We would love to work with you.
