Tallulah is a 2 yr old mini aussie-poodle mix who came to Wag On Inn because her current family just does not have time for her. She weighs 13 lbs and is great with her sister Maisie and the cats in her current home. She is affectionate with people and loves to be held. She is good in the car and tolerates baths. She is pee pad trained only as she is not walked regularly. She will need someone who can take her on walks or outside and will be patient as she learns to potty outside. She barks at visitors and strangers but warms up quickly. She loves children and doesn't care about toys. She is spayed and up to date on vaccines. Tallulah is hypoallergenic and does not shed. Though she would love to find a new home with her sister Maisie, she could also go home with another small dog or be the only pet. Tallulah would be a great addition to any family.

We require an application. After reviewing the application, your home sounds suitable for the personality of the animal you are looking for, then a home check and a meeting is set up. For our rescue animals an adoption donation is required. All our rescue animals are up to date on shots, heartworm tested or on preventative, dewormed frontlined and have a microchip.

Wag On Inn Rescue, A NJ recognized 501(C)3 organization, located in Freehold, NJ, is a small group of dedicated volunteers, trying to rehome dogs and cats. We have a variety of animals looking for their forever home. The animals are worked with individually to be socialized with other animals and with people. Some of the dogs are obedience trained and housebroken. Special care is also taken in working with animals on basic house manners. We have two types of ways we help the animals. One is our rescue program, where we pull animals from shelters and they stay with us until adopted, we also have a "referal program" where we help owners of pets try to find them new homes. with this program, the pets stay with their owners until a new home is found, and adopted from the owner.
