My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Penny is a super sweet, high energy young dog.

She is about 20 inches nose to flank (without tail) and stands just over 12 inches walking. She is fixed and her shots are up to date (docs provided).

She loves play fighting with her big brother dog, chew and tug of war toys, and walks with some jogging. And of course treats!

Penny desperately wants to get our cats to play, but they aren't receptive. She eventually switches to grooming the most docile one. She's great with kids, as long as the kids like to be licked!

Penny is accustomed to our automatic dog door, and lets herself out to go. She knows a few commands: sit, stay (a tough one!), come, let's cross (the street), and go back (home).

If she is bored or not exercised, exposed shoes may suffer. One throw pillow died under suspicious circumstances. But she is older now.

We are rehoming Penny as part of a general down-sizing (from 5 cats and 2 dogs), to reduce costs and possibly move.

Thanks for your interest!
