Description:

Wilma is a lovable kitty. She is so special and will look at anyone or thing that moves. When me and my mother clean her playpen she will simply get our attention by grabbing the broom or our hands. When you get near her she will sniff your hand and will seek your attention. She will sniff her new food and taste the new water given. When you place her in a shoebox or a elongated plastic container that is her size she will stay in it to be playful because it is her size. Wilma has lived most of her life in a playpen and has little freedom. Wilma & her sister (Betty Rubles) are ready to burst out all their energy to their new owner. Wilma loves to play with rattled balls that make noises.

Favorite Place to Sleep: She loves shoeboxes or boxes in general. She loves to sleep on soft blankets.

Favorite Toy: She loves soft balls from Walmart that makes noises.

Meet the Pet

Once approved, a meet 'n' greet will be scheduled.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

If the meet 'n' greet is a match, the contract will be completed and adoption fee will need to be remitted.

Additional adoption info

We will adopt to out of state adopters but we do NOT ship animals under any conditions. You must come to us in person to meet the animal and make sure it is a mutual match. We have had many adopters come from the states around us and drive or fly with their new family member back.

More about this rescue

Saving One Life is a completely foster based, volunteer run, never kill rescue. Our motto is that although we can't save the world, it makes a world of difference to the ones we do save.

If you find a litter of kittens or your cat accidentally got pregnant - please contact us if you are able to foster them at intake@savingonelife.org. We cannot take in more animals without foster homes. All supplies and vet care will be taken care of - all you have to do is open your home and heart to them until they can find homes of their own!

All of our adoptable animals are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested for felv/fiv (Cats), dewormed, and microchipped. Adoption fees range depending on the animal's age and breed. All adoption fees assist other animals in our care - we do not have any paid employees. We are a completely never kill group that provides sanctuary to any "unadoptable" animals that come into our care including hospice care.
