Meet Duda!

Date of Birth: April 18, 2024

Duda is a lively and outgoing kitten! Despite being deaf, she doesn’t let anything hold her back. This sweet girl is always ready for some fun. She reaches out for pets and loves to be rubbed. When you hold Duda, she’ll happily chill out, but don’t be fooled—she’s always ready to jump back into playtime. Her playful energy and charming personality make her a favorite among volunteers.

Duda is fully vetted and ready for her forever home, including vaccinations, snap test, deworming, flea/tick treatment, spaying, and microchipping.

Application and home check, adoption contract. Fees according to prevailing rate for local area. Generally $105 for kittens, and adult cats in Humboldt County, may be slightly higher in San Bernardino and Riverside counties.

More about this rescue

We rescue animals from high kill shelters or abandoned local strays and foster them until they find an adoptive home. Our southern branch also goes out on emergency rescue calls for cats in drain and sewer pipes, up trees, stuck in walls etc. Transport in available up and down the state of CA. We also TNR local stray and feral populations. The plight of homeless animals moves us deeply. It is unspeakably horrific to see gentle loving animals killed simply because they are homeless. While we cannot save them all, each one saved deserves it. We are a 501c3 registered, CA non-profit corporation.
