My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Oyster is looking for a home!

Oyster is approximately 3 years old, & fully vetted.
She came from the shelter with another dog and it’s clear they were both being bred, it’s possible because of this living situation Oyster has a difficult time being confined in a crate. She does well however in the home not crated and in a safe space, if this is not your set up, please do not apply.

Oyster does well so far with all the dogs in her foster home, she has not been around cats.

Oyster appears to be potty trained with access to get out to potty, please be aware, new dogs will still have accidents.

We would love for her to finally find a place to belong and be treated with the love & care she deserves..

It’s imperative to give these dogs time and patience, Oyster has made great strides with her anxiety in only a couple of days in her foster home with boundaries and patience and she is fitting in wonderfully with clear human direction and routine

If you can offer Oyster her true forever home please fill out an adoption application on our website.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

All potential adopters must fill out an adoption application and submit to a home check. We require a two week trial adoption prior to finalizing the adoption when the adoption contract is signed and adoption fees collected. Our adoption fees are typically $100 for dogs and $50 for cats.

Go meet their pets

Our adoptable dogs and cats are all in foster homes and an adoption application must be submitted first in order for a meet to be arranged.

More about this rescue

Animal Help Alliance rescues animals from our local shelters as well as community animals in danger of going to the shelter. We then provide them with any medical treatment or behavior training they need in order to be successfully adopted. We mainly focus on pit bull type dogs and Chihuahuas as those are the ones most in danger of euthanasia at the shelters. We support our local shelters in their efforts to go "no kill" and our ultimate goal is a No Kill Las Vegas.
