My story

Meet Andi, a Chihuahua born roughly on 10/20/22. Andi is a sweet girl. She loves to cuddle and definitely wants to sleep in your arms.

She has done well with the 3 resident dogs in her foster home. She loves her two older human foster siblings and did well with their one year old niece. She doesn’t appear to be fully potty trained so she will need some continued training to work on that, which will hopefully go quickly since she is extremely food motivated. Right now, her foster family makes sure to put potty pads down in certain areas in case she has an accident. She would do well in any home although she is not cat tested. And look at that face! It’s the cutest!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee:

If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs please go to www.ndlbrescue.org and submit an application for adoption. Please check out our website for any questions you may have before emailing us.
Adoption Application and Contract are required. If adopted dog is under 4 months old, a spay/neuter contract is required along with a spay/neuter deposit. Before the dog will be placed in the potential adopter's home, a home visit will be required. Adoption fees range from $125.00-$650.00 but are listed with every dog.

We are a 99% volunteer and foster run 501c3 non-profit rescue, operating in the state of Minnesota. We do not have a facility. All of our dogs are in private loving homes until they are adopted.
