Rex was rescued from a family who was leaving the state and was not able to take him with them. He has been neutered and is current on his shots (thru January 2025) and has heartworm preventative that will go with him. He is 62 pounds of pure energy and love, typical golden doodle. He would do best in a home with no other pets as he has shown a strong prey drive when interacting with the cats and can play rough with other dogs. He has recently been attending daycare where he has sessions with trainers to work on his leash manners and basic commands and is being conditioned to a prong collar. He has great potential but will definitely need someone who is familiar with the stubbornness of a doodle and is willing to invest the time in a training program.
