Forever Home Wanted: Meet Goldie!!!!!!

Goldie (Goldilocks) was surrendered to the shelter when her owner had to go into hospice care. Our volunteer was there and asked if we could help.  When a foster stepped up we were able to rescue Goldie. Goldie is now safe with us and looking for a forever home.  Goldie is a 10 year old pit mix with the usual old dog hips and a few lumps and bumps, but otherwise happy and healthy.  Goldie is house broken, has basic house manners, loves easy walks, adores people and seems fine with other dogs (but is past the age for young active dogs who want a play buddy). Goldie is looking for a foster or forever family to love and share her golden years with.  Could that family be yours?  Email dogs@labradorsandfriends.org or fill out our online application at www.labradorsandfriends.org.  Goldie is located in Southern California.
