My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Banjo is more than just a hound dog; he's a comedy routine waiting to happen! This goofy ham dog is always ready to make you smile with his clumsy puppy movements and silly antics. Quick to roll over and let you pet his belly, he's a playful pup who loves to run around with his foster brother pupper, and is great with cats too!

When he's not entertaining his human family, Banjo enjoys cuddling up for a nap or going on sniffing adventures. He's a bit of a chatterbox, but his barks are more like letting you know someone is knocking! When you get out of bed, he'll play the role of your resident alarm clock, always ready to get a cuddle and go outside for a morning potty.

Banjo is a sweet, affectionate, and treat-motivated pup who's already house-trained and crate-trained. He's even working on his recall skills, though he might need a few extra treats to stay on track. If you're looking for a furry friend to fill your days with laughter and love, Banjo is the perfect match.

Additional adoption info

Please visit www.hopeanimals.org/adopt to learn more about our adoption process and to complete an adoption application.

Adoption Fee includes spay/neuter*, microchipping, up-to-date vaccinations, and current heartworm and flea/tick preventatives.

*If pet is not old enough to be spayed or neutered prior to adoption, a $50.00 credit will be paid to your vet at the time of surgery.

We require a veterinary reference for current pet owners, and pets must be up to date on vaccines and heartworm preventative. We meet potential adopters in their homes and introduce the pets to the family's current pets to see if it is a good match. A copy of our adoption contract can be requested via email.
