Meet Charles! He is a big bundle of love and affection! Charles is ready to be your bestie, whether its to be a couch potato or to have slow walks! Charles did test positive for heartworms so he is currently undergoing treatment for it. We`d love for Charles to be fostered during his treatment so he can be relaxed in a home environment!
