My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Archibald is on a journey of transformation & finding a family who will love him hair loss & all!

Meet Archibald, a truly remarkable boy whose heart shines brighter than his appearance might suggest. Though he may resemble a Mexican Hairless breed due to a skin condition (non-contagious) he has bravely battled, this sweet soul has received the loving medical care and cozy pajamas he so richly deserves! His glow-up is just around the corner. Archibald adores the comfort of soft beds and the warmth of affection, embodying the essence of a gentle companion.

During his time with us, Archibald has shown himself to be an easy-going and calm presence, never once barking, and eagerly welcoming both canine and feline friends into his circle. His gentle nature makes him an ideal companion for those who appreciate a serene and loving spirit.

If you have a heart full of love and a home ready to nurture this sweet boy, could you be the one to give Archibald the forever family he longs for? Your kindness could change his life forever.

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process consist of filling out an agreement document that specifies the adopter will have the adopted animal vaccinated for rabies and spayed/neutered as needed, within an appropriate time period. Currently the adoption fee is $50, but $40 of that comes back in the form of a voucher than can be used at local veterinarians for the rabies vaccination and/or spay/neuter procedure.
