My name is Louise!

Poor Louise is in need of a Guardian Angel! This sweetest of sweet girls is estimated to be just 2 years old and already it`s been a rough ride. We pulled her from the City of LaGrange Animal Services in the beginning of October. She had already been to Auburn vet hospital to be spayed and get her rabies vaccine, but she came back heartworm positive. We took her to LaGrange Vet Hospital for heartworm treatment, and that`s when they noticed the large mass on her hind leg. At just 2 years old, this baby has been diagnosed with a Mast Cell Tumor (MCT). Following the surgery to remove the tumor, she will continue to receive follow up treatment which will take approximately 3 months. She needs a warm loving home and caring companion to spend her days recovering with her. All of the medical bills will be paid for through donations to the Humane Society and we are waiving her adoption fee for the right foster-to-adopt family.
