Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Bucky was returned to the shelter because he was just a little too active for his adopters. Bucky will need an owner who is able to provide a positive outlet for his energy. He loves to play and go on adventures! Unfortunately for him we have not had a lot of snow this winter but he LOVES to play in the snow! Bucky was a Miles for Mutts favorite and always did so great on his outings. He does well on car rides and walked great on a leash for everyone. Bucky had great manners in his adoptive home. He is potty trained and will sit at the door when he needs to go potty. He is also crate trained and would spend a couple hours in the crate each day. Additionally, Bucky knows the cues “sit”, “stay”, “leave it”, “shake”, and “drop”. He loves to learn and is always eager to learn more! Bucky did great with the children in his home. He may be too much energy for some small children though so keep that in mind when deciding to adopt him! Bucky has loved everyone he`s met and is just happy to make friends. He has done well with dogs in the past too but appreciates a proper introduction. Owner stated that Bucky is curious with kitties but never tried to harm them; he may need some redirection when around the cats! Bucky could make a great companion for someone who loves to hike and do all things outdoors! He is very affectionate and is a people pleaser at heart. If you feel that Bucky would be a good fit for your home, we would love for you to meet him!
