Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet JJ one of our Shepherd/Husky puppies. She is the shyer one of her litter and also the smallest.

While she is up for adoption, it is for a trial period ONLY. She has a parasite called Coccidia (not contagious too people or harmful to the animal) but does need to be on special medication for a 10 day period which will be provided by our Clinic. This is contagious to other dogs, so a cleaning regiment will be discussed upon meeting the puppy for the 10 day trial.

More about this shelter

Our shelter had it's beginnings in the mid 90's and formally became a nonprofit organization in 2001. The dream of Lee and Sophia DiClemente has grown to be the largest no-kill animal shelter in New Mexico. Lee passed in 2010, but Sophia carries on with the support of a small staff, a large number of volunteers, and numerous donors - large and small.
