Higgins is a neutered 10-month-old survivor who’s had a rough start in life. This shy boy is scared but shows glimpses of trust, like playing with a wand toy or coming forward for a Churu treat. Higgins arrived with a wrist injury that has improved with care, though he may always have a limp and could develop arthritis. He needs a patient, very cat-savvy adopter willing to help him heal emotionally and physically. With love, Higgins has the potential to thrive.
