My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Brynn! I came to the shelter with my sibling Montalvi as an Owner Surrender. We aren`t quite considered a bonded pair, but we have never been apart, and we would sure like to keep it that way! So far staff and volunteers report that we are still getting used to this shelter thing, but that we appear to enjoy being pet and are open to human companionship. Even though I would prefer to go home with Montalvi, I could possibly be open to a home with another cat so long as we were given a proper introduction and adequate decompression time. So, do you have space in your heart for one (or two) new feline friends? If so, come down to the shelter Wed-Sun 11-5 during Browsing Hours and meet me!

Meet the Pet

Get up close and personal with the animal to see if there is a love connection!

Sign Adoption Contract

Once you've determined the match is right, we'll complete the adoption paperwork and provide you with helpful info about your new pet!

6.
Take the Pet Home

This is our favorite part, seeing new partners walk out our doors.

Additional adoption info

Adoption fees include: spay/neuter, microchip, recent treatment for fleas and worms, age-appropriate vaccinations, testing for FELV/FIV (cats), certificate for free vet exam, and an adoption packet with additional pet care information and coupons.

Kittens (under 6 months): $150
Adult Cats (6 months – 7 year): $110
Senior Cats (8 years or older): $65
Puppies (under 6 months): $300
Adult Dogs (6 months – 7 years): $200
Senior Dogs (8 years or older): $150

Please also note: You must be 21 years or over to adopt.

If you are a senior person you may be eligible for an adoption fee waiver through our Dr Jean’s Senior Friends program.
